PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Before, we had to keep track on all our service hours through Excel. But when we used Billquick, everything we had was intergrated! At the end of the month, the services director only need to approve the hours through this platform. After this review, I'll start generating invoices and have them sent over to my accounting program. It's so easy and precise!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would've been a lot more preferable if this platform can do more in terms of user experience. More focus should be made in making BillQuick a lot more intuitive.

I've saved a lot of time using this product. It helped us significantly in offering better insights within our Professional Service divisions via reports.
