What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that it's so convenient to use because we merely send a review link to their phone or email, so that takes them to one of our social media platforms, while we're able to collect all the messages in one central location.

Maybe adding options for incentives could help us get a lot more reviews from clients.

We're able to get more reviews than before, and we're also able to respond to messages thanks to notification features of the tool.
