What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that BirdEye's UI is simple and easy. Their reports more so. Across our more than 50 locations and more than a hundred employees, we were able to perform a service rollout seamlessly. BirdEye also has an excellent team that is consistent in replying quickly and being able to resolve issues. BirdEye has also helped us create a much better efficiency culture -- all the way to executive level.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great to add more tech functionalities that will allow me to integrate our client surveys into BirdEye.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to monitor and report about patient reviews in one platform, so we can reply to their feedback in real time and consider our own areas for improvement.
