What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that it's so easy to generate Google reviews with BirdEye.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its UI could be more simple and easy to use. It would be helpful if we can track clicks to the review link and which platform it goes to.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to generate tons of Google reviews with BirdEye.
