What are the best aspects of this product?
I like BirdEye overall, and also the small things: a message asking clients for a review, customer registration post-review, auto-publish feature to our social media channels, and the communications tool across the company, from webchat to texting.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
BirdEye is great, and could use improvements like being able to record our own voicemail when clients call, or minimizing lags for new review notifications.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to engage our clients and generate Google reviews to build our reputation online in a modern and seamless way, including a reviews page and a webchat. These combined hase improved our online presence as we continue to engage with existing and new clients.
