What are the best aspects of this product?
I like being able to transition to BirdEye without any fuss. Their customer service is tops. They would patiently answer our questions and help implement changes successfully, such as our virtual chat, which was a game changer and helped us raise our lead conversion rates. There's also the auto-sending of review requests, instead of manual follow-ups. Great platform!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be helpful to integrate our Houzz profiles with the live chat function, compile data on webchat engagement, and access for users so they can also share links.

Being able to increase our lead conversion rates, fuss-free.
