A fully functional tool that does a lot for a free account

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like the fact that bitly free accounts are fully functional, and that is one of the most important aspects of it. I've been using it for years to shorten and track my links, especially in the music business where you need to have easy to remember short links to create effective campaigns. The daily metrics and stats provided real time by the tool are awesome to have as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing negative in particular at the moment. They've introduced a lot of features since it was launched and they were all great to have. I guess the guys at Bitly knows well how to keep customers happy with the service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I mentioned before, it has been a great tool for us to create perfectly short and customized URLs to help promote the next big thing that we may have in store. It is something nice to have in today's world where people are blasted by links each day.
