A great and easy to use tool that has been vital in my work

What are the best aspects of this product?

Bitly is great and easy to use. It's free and it does the job of shortening links quite well. In addition, the dashboard is great and it allows you to see how many people click on the link you shared, which is a very hand feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing I do not like is that when it counts the number of clicks to a link, it includes links from other posts unless you create a new link.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it as part of my work in monitoring and posting to 3 different Facebook pages. I include links in them either to a webcart to encourage them to make a purchase or to a landing page to get more info. With the tool, the flow of the posts that I make no longer appears broken whenever I include a link.
