Does a great job in addressing the need for shorter URLs

What are the best aspects of this product?

For such a simple tool, bitly does a great service in addressing the need to get URLs shortened, especially in some social networking sites with character limits or even just for the sake of good presentation. You also get to save those shortened URLs for future use, bookmark or even share them. The integration with Chrome browser allows me to just simply copy and paste a URL link for easy converstion to smaller URL.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For a simple solution, it does what it is supposed to. Nothing to dislike about that.

Anyone can benefit from the service especially business environments who need a good link shortener. What's great about it is that it is free and also easy to set upl. It's a tool worth having on your browser.
