Excellent link shortening and tracking for a unified link experience

What are the best aspects of this product?

Bitly's tracking stats are excellent. It provides an easy to see overview of what's being clicked and where. The Chrome extension is simple and effective to use as well. We use Bundles a lot and they are very helpful. I love that I can use branded URLs and custom links, as they make tracking things very easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd like to see a little more customization on making shortlinks, like being to append automatically Google Analytics parameters to links to our own domains. Their mobile app needs a bit of work too. In particular, I would like to be able to do social sharing from my mobile device as well

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through the tool, the ability to create branded shortlinks becomes easy for us and this helps us provide a unified link experience. It also provides us the needed analytics, so we know what's being clicked on, by who, and where.
