Link shortener that provides enough room for customization

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that I can use this product in tandem with Google's URL Builder to create trackable links that don't take up your entire screen. What's more, it has surprisingly robust analytics for being a free service. I also appreciate that it allows customization of short links so they look more branded or on-message.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only complaint I have is that getting to the analytics isn't intuitive as it should be. When you're on the dashboard you have to click an "i" to get a snapshot of your analytics, but to get to the full page you have to click a different "i" that looks more like a decoration than a link where I can get more information. I wish they'd fix that, though it's not something that would prevent me from recommending this tool.

It has made my life easier, especially with the need to track long URLs. It makes it easy to track results in real time.
