So easy to sign up and use the service

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that you can just go on the website and just paste your link in the text box and it will shorten the link automatically. So easy! And if you wanted an account on bitly software, it's completely free to sign up. The website's layout is clean and simple, which I love because it makes it so easy to navigate and use the site.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing to dislike about it. But maybe I haven't used it long enough.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There's nothing attractive about long links that take up more space than your text. With the tool, that problem is being taken care of. Not to mention, it also makes it easier to link things on Twitter and get around the 140 character limit there.
