What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its simplicity. Back then when I used it, I somehow knew of a way to doing things of my own. Whenever I run into a problem, their training course is always there. It's easy to comprehend without getting confused

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't think there's anything to hate with Bitrix. It's been doing good for me so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A truly one-of-a-kind solution. Perfect for collaborative purposes. Communication has improved tremendously since using this. Fantastic file storage option.
