What is Bitrix24?

Bitrix24 is a collaboration software with complete tools for management, collaboration, and communication.

Bitrix24 gives you a unified platform for your files, projects, messages, tasks, and contacts. You can immediately use the platform by simply registering for an account and then inviting your colleagues. Through the Activity Stream, everyone in your team can keep track of tasks and effectively work together to progress on the project.

Its main solutions include social network, tasks and projects, CRM, document management, file sharing, calendar and planning, sales team management, email, telephone, and HR management. It also has a mobile solution that works on your smartphone or tablet whether it’s Android, iPhone, or iPad.

Users can start with a free plan with all the essential tools and features: up to 12 users, online storage, and collaboration tools. The cloud-hosted premium plans are highly scalable to be accessed on any device. An on-premise solution is also available for complete data control, source code access and an array of additional tools. PROS: With Bitrix you can manage almost everything, starting form Lead Generation to Sales Funnel. This software helps you to improve the communication between your coworkers and managers. You can always integrate the software with some other platform to get what you want. Everything you need for your project management department at reasonable price.

CONS: I have some issues with the server connection. Also, they could work on the improvement of email notifications.

PROS: Does a lot in one package, although I didn't test out lots of the functions.

CONS: Shared drive was painfully slow, wouldn't recognize updated files even when I told it to manually update, so couldn't sync between computers, defeating the whole point of it!

PROS: Thanks to Bitrix, I’ve been able to manage and prioritize not just one, but multiple projects at a time. And this isn’t just for personal tasks too. I can now easily manage team projects better—assigning each subtask and setting deadlines for each. You can take on a bird’s eye view of your project or zoom in to see the updates on each subtask—it’s all up to you.

CONS: To be honest, Bitrix is quite costly. Some issues that I’ve come across while using Bitrix is its confusing layout. This sometimes results in communication failure between project members, causing a lot of delays in the long run. You’d have to individually set the priority listing for each subtask too which can be time-consuming.

PROS: It lets you manage just about everything. These can be anywhere from lead generation to sales funnel management. It lets you interaction between co-workers. It's effective in project management.

CONS: It could function a lot letter with more alerts and e-mail. There are times when its server would suffer through connectivity problems.

PROS: Bitrix is great CRM software that provides you with different options, it is very flexible and its features are really helpful. You have many options for creating tasks, contacts, making collab with other companies, chat options for your team members and even a cellphone.

CONS: There are some issues with the calendar feature where we schedule tasks, we don’t use the calendar anymore. Also, we don’t receive any notification when someone writes on the wall, in other words we don’t even know what’s going on, on the wall. In addition, we don’t use the “start execution” option because we have many different tasks running each day, so we don’t have time to push the start/pausing/finish button.

PROS: I like all the features that Bitrix24 has but the one that stands out the most to me is its website building functionality. This has allowed our small business venture to put our products out there on the web without needing the help of a professional web designer. Other capabilities of Bitrix24 that I find beneficial are its reporting module, time and task management tools, and its built-in CRM.

CONS: The only thing that I do not like about Bitrix24 is the limited number of users it can support its lower-tier subscription packages. If we want to add more users to the platform, we would have to sign up for the Professional version, which would set us back 200 bucks monthly. This is a steep price for a small company like ours. And considering that Bitrix24 applies incremental increases to their rates at certain times, it could be very difficult for us to keep subscribing to it.

PROS: We use Bitrix24 to organize our tasks, work commitments, and business activities and it does perform well as expected. Its calendar does help us organize our tasks on time and ensure that deadlines are met. The voice message, videos, and other communication tools are also helpful because we are able to contact our clients seamlessly and easily.

CONS: Android and iOS applications are a bit slow. Whenever I open the app on Android devices, it takes too long to open. The user interface also calls for some improvement. Aside from that, the pricing is quite costly.

PROS: We are using the Bitrix On-premise Business 500 version. It is easy to navigate from end users point to all features.

CONS: limitations in workflow Forms design. 1. Fields are not able to be created horizontally and 2. No functions to sum total cost 3. Unable to open attached PDF to view using browser, requires to download.

PROS: Bitrix is great CRM platform, I can create tasks and I can share with my team. This software provides us with tools which helps us to see our sales by products, type and customer, this is great option because we can see which products are sold successfully. We can upload data from PDF and capture it, this saves us a lot of time instead of entering data manually.

CONS: I am very impressed of Bitrix, and I don’t have any dislikes by now. We would have tons of excel data to enter manually if we didn’t use this software. This is powerful CRM platform and I can’t complain about anything.

PROS: Bitrix24's pricing plan is highly flexible. That means it will continute to grow as you steadily expand. You can start things off with the free version. It's essentially a communications system that's simple to navigate.

CONS: Based on my experiencing using this software, I'd say it's good for use in communications. It's also handy when dealing with collabortive editing. Although right now, I'm not at all convinced with the project management functionality. However, whenever I look further into its set of menus, I seem to unearth new functionality.

PROS: Its a great collaboration platform with lots of useful tools and that for a great price. I would recommend it i general but the Customer support is not only slow but extremely useless. They have helped me 10/100 times. They keep creating "Development" tickets and say you will be updated/ informed when some "fix" is coming but that has not happened a single time in 3 years and over 100 dev. tickets. So go for the self hosted one (more customization possible) and spent a couple of thousands of € on external consultants to set it up to your needs. Then you life will be much easier than dealing with these guys. It's just way more expensive

CONS: The most crucial part they desperately need to work on is the customer support which is only available in chat and utterly useless. Also the drive is very unreliable and we switched to Office365 for that.

PROS: For a solution, it offers a ton of ton of things. There's no need to subscribe to it or even make payment. So far, there aren't any limitations in terms of tasks, contacts, and others. Other free apps that I've tried were pointless to use since they have so many limatations.

CONS: The app needs to make some improvements. It should've been made to keep things simple. That way, users can find just about anything without going through any trouble. An integration with IFTTT is missing.

PROS: Bitrix allows me to do almost everything for my business. Thanks to mobile and desktop app features I am allowed to chat with my team members from anywhere, also I can make a video conference and we can discuss on our future projects and solving problems. My team is spread across the country but this software keeps us in one place.

CONS: To be honest, I don’t enjoy in using the interface, it looks like they haven’t updated from 2000. I think, what is missing is a dashboard where my team can post what’s most important to them as soon as they log into the software. Also, they need to work on making more integrations with other softwares.

PROS: Bitrix is a software that has everything in a single place. We gather companies, contacts, drive, and tasks conveniently in a location that we're familiar with. We have used other platforms before this. But so far, none of them comes close in terms of functionality.

CONS: I was hoping we can use its calendar. Thing is, after several attempts, it never made it our go-to tool for scheduling tasks. I have no idea where the problem is. We don't see any of it going on the wall. We think its "start execution" feature isn't as important.

PROS: There are great features but they don't all work accurately. Too many glitches if you are a serious company depending on this crm for sales and production, Bitrix24 is not reliable and service is also unreliable. Im disappointed trying to see if someone from tech support replies to me in regards to my issue. Ive been down yesterday and today and no answer.

CONS: tech support is terrible, reporting is inaccurate, server downtime is unreliable, site glitches

PROS: The free account version gives you the chance to test out its functionality. Whenever your needs increase, you'll be able to integrate further options at an affordable pricing. Outstanding UI. Super simple to utilize.

CONS: The functionality it came with can be overwhelming when it comes to integrating everything as a complete CRM. Support is usually done through e-mail. You'll need to wait for a few days just to get a response.

PROS: Bitrix is flexible and easy to use platform and its interface is clear. The software provides you with links between Companies and Contacts where you can add new contacts. You can make tasks for yourself or for your team members. You and your team are allowed to share and update documents and data, also all changes are saved with date and time. The software allows us to add details for different companies so we can quickly find all the information we need. Also, the product is free for 12 users/employees.

CONS: Nothing at all.

PROS: I like the functionality it's offering. For instance, its built-in timeline is great. You have an option in sharing contents that are divided by group. The search tool has proven to be useful.

CONS: At times, its CRM functionlity in organizing deals as well as the sales funnel can be a bit confusing. The software isn't purely Portugese. There are updates that introduces new English terms. Thing is, they have yet been translated.
