What are the best aspects of this product?

Bitrix24's pricing plan is highly flexible. That means it will continute to grow as you steadily expand. You can start things off with the free version. It's essentially a communications system that's simple to navigate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Based on my experiencing using this software, I'd say it's good for use in communications. It's also handy when dealing with collabortive editing. Although right now, I'm not at all convinced with the project management functionality. However, whenever I look further into its set of menus, I seem to unearth new functionality.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm curerntly working with a team based overseas. This software helped us plan things out and deliver projects at the same time. We're operating as a non-profit. It allowed us to minimize overheads when it comes to simple communications.
