What are the best aspects of this product?

Bitrix is a software that has everything in a single place. We gather companies, contacts, drive, and tasks conveniently in a location that we're familiar with. We have used other platforms before this. But so far, none of them comes close in terms of functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping we can use its calendar. Thing is, after several attempts, it never made it our go-to tool for scheduling tasks. I have no idea where the problem is. We don't see any of it going on the wall. We think its "start execution" feature isn't as important.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Generally, our B2B company offers advertising services. These include brand works and web solutions for clients who are based in Lithuania and other countries. Bitrix24 is currently our main tool for company communication that aids in delegating and tracking projects. The biggest upside we came to realize is that everything we want can be found in one place.
