What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks to Bitrix, I’ve been able to manage and prioritize not just one, but multiple projects at a time. And this isn’t just for personal tasks too. I can now easily manage team projects better—assigning each subtask and setting deadlines for each. You can take on a bird’s eye view of your project or zoom in to see the updates on each subtask—it’s all up to you.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be honest, Bitrix is quite costly. Some issues that I’ve come across while using Bitrix is its confusing layout. This sometimes results in communication failure between project members, causing a lot of delays in the long run. You’d have to individually set the priority listing for each subtask too which can be time-consuming.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool makes the handling of multiple projects so much easier. With it, I’ve been able to task out projects efficiently as well as communicate the expected deadline for each. It keeps each project assignee accountable too, allowing them to receive and give updates on their specific roles.
