The free account version gives you the chance to test out its functionality. Whenever your needs increase, you'll be able to integrate further options at an affordable pricing. Outstanding UI. Super simple to utilize.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The functionality it came with can be overwhelming when it comes to integrating everything as a complete CRM. Support is usually done through e-mail. You'll need to wait for a few days just to get a response.

This did a splending job in manaing projects. A great CRM solution. The free version is already great. Fosters team collaboration.
