What are the best aspects of this product?
Bitrix is great CRM software that provides you with different options, it is very flexible and its features are really helpful. You have many options for creating tasks, contacts, making collab with other companies, chat options for your team members and even a cellphone.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are some issues with the calendar feature where we schedule tasks, we don’t use the calendar anymore. Also, we don’t receive any notification when someone writes on the wall, in other words we don’t even know what’s going on, on the wall. In addition, we don’t use the “start execution” option because we have many different tasks running each day, so we don’t have time to push the start/pausing/finish button.

We provide advertisement services and web solutions, and Bitrix meets all our needs because we can track our projects and tasks anytime.
