PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are using the Bitrix On-premise Business 500 version.
It is easy to navigate from end users point to all features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

limitations in workflow Forms design.
1. Fields are not able to be created horizontally and
2. No functions to sum total cost
3. Unable to open attached PDF to view using browser, requires to download.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Don't just only provide a on-line chat with a "noreply@bitrix24.com email address fro question raise
1. How you expect customer to get back to you without a proper email address
2. How am i going to track my questions and problems faced

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None at all from the support.
We found all from the internet.
But for this problem that we are facing now, "How to extend the number of files to the location :/upload/images", I just could not find any answer from the internet.
And the support team had not been responding despite below queries

Our uploaded image had reach 999, and I think we had reach the maximum quota in the storage location.
All our new uploaded images are replaced with the "Image:/upload/images/content-img(999).png" file
We need to know where to increase this limits.
