What are the best aspects of this product?

Bitrix is flexible and easy to use platform and its interface is clear. The software provides you with links between Companies and Contacts where you can add new contacts. You can make tasks for yourself or for your team members. You and your team are allowed to share and update documents and data, also all changes are saved with date and time. The software allows us to add details for different companies so we can quickly find all the information we need. Also, the product is free for 12 users/employees.

Nothing at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bitrix allows my team members easy access to business contacts and they are allowed to add, update or change any information. We can easily find document using Spotlight feature. This product saves us a lot of money and time.
