PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the functionality it's offering. For instance, its built-in timeline is great. You have an option in sharing contents that are divided by group. The search tool has proven to be useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, its CRM functionlity in organizing deals as well as the sales funnel can be a bit confusing. The software isn't purely Portugese. There are updates that introduces new English terms. Thing is, they have yet been translated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been using Birtrix 24 as a content repository. We're utilizing it for collaborative purposes and support performance. It's also used for registering the relationship history with leads and customers. It's now an essential internal network in sharing/looking for anything new or important.
