PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like all the features that Bitrix24 has but the one that stands out the most to me is its website building functionality. This has allowed our small business venture to put our products out there on the web without needing the help of a professional web designer. Other capabilities of Bitrix24 that I find beneficial are its reporting module, time and task management tools, and its built-in CRM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that I do not like about Bitrix24 is the limited number of users it can support its lower-tier subscription packages. If we want to add more users to the platform, we would have to sign up for the Professional version, which would set us back 200 bucks monthly. This is a steep price for a small company like ours. And considering that Bitrix24 applies incremental increases to their rates at certain times, it could be very difficult for us to keep subscribing to it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bitrix24 works well for us because it is also accessible on mobile. Just by turning on my mobile data, I can view the control panel as well as other sections of the app. This way, I can keep track of activities even while I am on the move due to meetings.
