One of the best free software I’ve ever used.

What are the best aspects of this product?

For a solution, it offers a ton of ton of things. There's no need to subscribe to it or even make payment. So far, there aren't any limitations in terms of tasks, contacts, and others. Other free apps that I've tried were pointless to use since they have so many limatations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app needs to make some improvements. It should've been made to keep things simple. That way, users can find just about anything without going through any trouble. An integration with IFTTT is missing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm currently working as a project manager. I deal with a different kinds of projects. It'd be nice to have processes and tasks in a single app. That way, it'll notify me on what my next step should be.
