Price/ performance is great but Support is useless, be aware!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Its a great collaboration platform with lots of useful tools and that for a great price. I would recommend it i general but the Customer support is not only slow but extremely useless. They have helped me 10/100 times. They keep creating "Development" tickets and say you will be updated/ informed when some "fix" is coming but that has not happened a single time in 3 years and over 100 dev. tickets.

So go for the self hosted one (more customization possible) and spent a couple of thousands of € on external consultants to set it up to your needs. Then you life will be much easier than dealing with these guys. It's just way more expensive

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The most crucial part they desperately need to work on is the customer support which is only available in chat and utterly useless. Also the drive is very unreliable and we switched to Office365 for that.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

solve your bugs and issues first, after all you must have thousands of development tickets. then think about new features..
