What are the best aspects of this product?
Bitrix allows me to do almost everything for my business. Thanks to mobile and desktop app features I am allowed to chat with my team members from anywhere, also I can make a video conference and we can discuss on our future projects and solving problems. My team is spread across the country but this software keeps us in one place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be honest, I don’t enjoy in using the interface, it looks like they haven’t updated from 2000. I think, what is missing is a dashboard where my team can post what’s most important to them as soon as they log into the software. Also, they need to work on making more integrations with other softwares.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can manage and track my team progress, and what I really love is the ability to talk with my team online no matter where we are in the world.
