What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Bitrix24 to organize our tasks, work commitments, and business activities and it does perform well as expected. Its calendar does help us organize our tasks on time and ensure that deadlines are met. The voice message, videos, and other communication tools are also helpful because we are able to contact our clients seamlessly and easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Android and iOS applications are a bit slow. Whenever I open the app on Android devices, it takes too long to open. The user interface also calls for some improvement. Aside from that, the pricing is quite costly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to view our pending tasks before our staff and organize our daily activities. This platform is a huge help in terms of making our workflow more efficient.
