What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that because of automation, Bizagi is saving us a lot of time that we can reallocate to other tasks. It also helps that the processes we automate are bug-free!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if there are more features available that is being offered by other similar tools, and that the performance of the tool does not get affected if multiple processes are running. Things like these could show more value for money.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Time- and cost-efficiency, because most of the processes are being done automatically with minimal errors, so we are more productive as a team.
