Bizagi Review

PROS: I like that we're able to create processes according to our policies and what our team needs, so these would leave very little room for errors.

CONS: Actions and validations on a few forms can sometimes be limited, so it would be great for these to be improved a little more.

PROS: I like the variety of features and that it's an easy-to-use tool.

CONS: It would be great if Bizagi makes adjustments that enable it to be used in all computer types.

PROS: I like that the UI is simple, even when the processes were complicated.

CONS: I believe there's room to improve integrations with our ERP and software.

PROS: I like that Bizagi is user-friendly, where everyone in my team is able to understand how to use it without further training.

CONS: Making changes in a single process can be tricky, so it helps if this can be made a lot easier.

PROS: I like that with Bizagi, we're able to make our processes run automatically.

CONS: It would be helpful to see process-visualizations that are easier to understand.

PROS: I like that because of automation, Bizagi is saving us a lot of time that we can reallocate to other tasks. It also helps that the processes we automate are bug-free!

CONS: It would be great if there are more features available that is being offered by other similar tools, and that the performance of the tool does not get affected if multiple processes are running. Things like these could show more value for money.

PROS: I like that Bizagi is running smoothly for our team and that it offers plenty of templates for modeling for us to choose from. It's compatible with all our third-party software with very minimal bugs, and it also has a great customer service team. There are so many tools I can use for templates, icons, and images that I haven't even completely seen the entire collection yet.

CONS: It would be great to have a web app that we can use especially when it comes to diagram modeling. This will allow us to work on our templates from any device.

PROS: I like that it's easy to use and comprehensive. It's also encouraging to learn because of the materials made available.

CONS: It would be even better if the online support and e-learning tools can be further improved.

PROS: I like Bizagi's UI because it's simple and adaptable. It's also easy to install and very user-friendly. If I don't know how to do something, there are also helpful courses available on using the tool.

CONS: Maybe just niggly adjustments, like arrows staying straight, and simulators improving could do the trick.

PROS: I like that Bizagi is easy to use. I'm able to visualize workflows and verify process outcomes because it can show how it calculated every outcome of possible results -- including pros and cons as additional insight.

CONS: Bizagi would be even better when their UI and design are updated with more colors to help visualize work processes.

PROS: I like that it's so easy to set up and use the new workflow, so that's helpful to me.

CONS: It would help even better if we are able to easily identify tools to resolve issues on more complex business workflows.

PROS: We're able to track our workflow and it's become more flexible because of the many options available to us as a team. That helps a lot.

CONS: It would be even more helpful if we're able to integrate with more third-party solutions, which we can customize according to what we need.

PROS: I like Bizagi's features because they're fast and easy to use. The system seems to know what we need, especially in terms of workflows.

CONS: I have nothing to say in the negative about Bizagi.

PROS: I like that for a free version, the tool is reliable and I can model BPM using good notation easily.

CONS: The flow of the UI could be a lot more graceful.
