What are the best aspects of this product?
Bizzabo is dream for any event maker. It has nice mix of intuitive (and very sleek) tools that allow for easy backend management as well as front end registration. Whether it involves cutomizing a registration/site to engaging the community to useful analytics, Bizzabo is ticking all boxes. What's more, it's the first time to have every collaborated with customer support that's responsive and highly interested in our user experience. We love it and so do our registrants.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's really nothing to hate with Bizzbo. But we do wish there was something more. For example, they could use some added options in terms of design in creating site landing pages. But then again, that's just us talking. Or maybe nitpicking at an already great product.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
So many areas have improved since discovering Bizzabo. It enhanced our backend tracking. The same goes for list management. Interacting with attendees is a feature worth praising.
