What are the best aspects of this product?
Its UI is excellent in terms of ticketing front and back office functionality. It takes a holistic take in managing events and keeps everything connected. It offers integration to current sites. Its own mobile app allows for agenda, networking, and a host of others. Excellent team to work with!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's one of the best software in its class. But there are some things I wish they'd have. For instance, I hope they'll have calls for papers facility that lets speakers submit talks, so the event admin can it into the agenda. Customized registration questions intended for the buyer (not for all users). At times, payment can be a pain for some users (that may have something to do with the payment processor I'm using).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My Mobile Monetization Summit (an event of mine) expanded dramatically the past several years. Bizzabo happened to be that platform to have gracefully scaled it to new heights. Its agenda-and-speakers module removed the headache associated in updating such info into numerous screens or destinations. Ticketing was smooth and there are far less support tickets opened unlike other systems. Lastly, the dashboard and its back office is very polished and makes managing an event more pleasing to do.
