PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to perform events management related tasks like designing websites, editing details of attendees, generating reports, etc. with so much ease. And whenever we have questions, we are always able to reach Bizzabo customer service team easily and they gladly provide us with answers quickly. They are the best!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It took us some time finding our way around the platform. We're just thankful to Bizzabo team because they're always ready to help us and quickly answers our questions. Apart from that, the software does not offer an option to test registration for every ticket type. This functionality would be very helpful and hopefully, they make it available in the software soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The process of registration has become easier. Before using this software, we used to recieve tons of emails about changes in the registration details and updates. It's quite messy. But with Bizzabo, things has been more organized and easier to manage. We don't have to manage attendees registration details anymore. The software allowed us to give attendees an access to their own registration details and make changes when necessary.
