What are the best aspects of this product?
We launched our latest event via the Engagement app from Bizzabo and it produced exemplary results. Even when I came onboard one before the event, we understood that our time was very limited in setting it up. The process, on its own, was quick and simple. I love its ease of use and how Bizzabo puts things together in terms of feel and attractiveness. Delegates were delighted using the app and found it to be interacitve and handy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At first, it seemed inconvenient since their main HQ is in the United States. That meant the possibility of waiting until late PM to communicate with customer support. But what happened was, they moved our account to their Israel-based colleagues. That means having a 1-hour difference with Barcelona. Our team applauded their efforts for this.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our primary goal was to offer attendees a software where they can easily look into the agenda, seek more info on presenting to sponsors and companies, and interact with attendees. The results were definitely met. It beyond what we expected and are now looking forward to working with Bizzabo on our upcoming event. We're thinking of making use of their Ticketing functionality for the Delegates Registration.
