What are the best aspects of this product?

The app is very intuitive and so easy to use. This is a great upgrade from the Citrix we use in our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Functions related to generating reports are quite lacking so I am looking forward to the update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Accessible information and generating basic reports are a great help. Beginners can also use it immediately without much training needed.
