What are the best aspects of this product?

Organized emails, a larger number of recipients can be sent emails and we can add more recipients in a group email. The app is intuitive so it does not require a lot of "steps" to input data and reflect it for example on the website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the copied material on the email does not copy the format of the material so it needs to be formatted again.
