What are the best aspects of this product?

Blackboard is a learning management software that's highly established. It has a long line of committment in lerning and teaching. Its LMS provides a wide range of functionality. It's perfetc for offering support for personalized learning as well as delivery of assessment, content, and communication.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its UI is beginning to age over time. At times, it would take additional clicks just to finish a task. Data can't be constantly accessed unless the right tools are available either to query or a license for extraction. Just recently, roadmap presentations are actually showcasing some developments that look promising.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're miniming the need for printing out class materials. By doing so, we're going green and getting documents posted within course shells. We're also resolving a parking issue by providing hybrid courses for classes so physical phase can be shared. Lastly, we're doing the best we can to reach out to students who find it impossible to go to campus through online class offerings
