What are the best aspects of this product?

Blackboard does its job well in managing and planning out a course. It ensures all tools and files of your students are available when needed. It's an awesome course for teaching each semester. It can also be utilizied in teaching a nunber of sections under a single semester.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its grade center can be pretty clunky. It could be more user-friendly. It's a bit frustrating for me to not being able to re-arrange assignments in the order of my preference. There are numerous pre-determined orders to pick alhough that's not always a good thing to do.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Blackboard is fantastic in sharing info. Not only is it great for courses, but it can also be utilized for student groups or trips. It's a "centralized" approach in housing and disseminating discussions or information. It's an excellent record in showing how you current course is growing over time.
