Excellent Categorization Functionality

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software boasts of a very effective search feature that enables users to go through tons of articles and retrieves those with specific titles or keywords. The search tool also enables you to gather relevant documents ad have them easily accessible, something you can't do with DropBox and Google Drive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not perfect and there are some things I want Bloomfire to have or able to do. Specifically, I wish they can turn it into more of a community and not just a resource.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bloomfire can be turned into a database for tons of information, such as our case studies. The categorization options allow us to easily organize them so we can find them once we need information.
