PROS: Bloomfire is a very effective tool when it comes to oganizing and categorizing information. This allows for quick and easy access to information for all team members. The features are so useful, especially the part where we can associate a certain region to a certain topic.

CONS: It's impossible to copy posts via API. Documentation is also a problem with the content API.

PROS: Bloomfire's search functionality is quite impressive. It is so powerful that I can easily find the information and materials I want using titles, categories, and tags. We also love Bloomfire's capability to scan and search within PDF files. Creating new content s easy and uploading various types of files is not a problem at all.

CONS: The platform is a bit pricey for our company. As much as we want everyone to have a Bloomfire account, its price prohibits us from enrolling everyone.

PROS: Bloomfire is very useful in creating community portals and once you seed it with all the information, project members will flock to it and start contributing. If everything is set right, maintenance is now and content growth is very natural.

CONS: We have serious challenges with overlapping projects and so far, we have not been able to solve these overlaps.

PROS: Bloomfire gathers and organizes knowledge much akin to a card in an index file. Every information can stand on its own. The search feature is so robust that it is so easy to find all the information you need. I alo love how I can lay out the cards into a series, which is quiye useful in terms of improving other forms of training.

CONS: There are certain behaviors that happen when I have multiple groups defined. I am not a big fan of the default html editor.

PROS: Bloomfire gives us the ability to make live content very accessible within a controlled environment. Primarily, Bloomfire is used as a training resources for our sales team. The system delivers an interactive environment that enables us to share articles while addressing all levels of seniority.

CONS: While tags have been a great help, they are prone to errors. Error in tags lead to articles getting lost in the vast sea of content that we have built.

PROS: Bloomfire bridges gaps between communities and helps them to stay in touch. On top of that, the user interface is so refereshing and provides a new feel and look on communication tools. Sharing and storing capabilities of Bloomfire is a whole lot better compared to other alternatives.

CONS: We noticed at times that the search tool was laggy and the resuts aren't always organized in a most efficient manner. Pages sometimes load slow.

PROS: The software boasts of a very effective search feature that enables users to go through tons of articles and retrieves those with specific titles or keywords. The search tool also enables you to gather relevant documents ad have them easily accessible, something you can't do with DropBox and Google Drive.

CONS: It's not perfect and there are some things I want Bloomfire to have or able to do. Specifically, I wish they can turn it into more of a community and not just a resource.

PROS: I really love access to content is so search-driven. The upload process is also a breeze. I also love how their mobile integrations work for me. Anytime there is new content, I receive notifications and updates.

CONS: We never have any issue with Bloomfire. Although if I have to nitpick, I wish they could come up with more version control tools so people won't accidentally upload new versions of the same thing.
