PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Bloomfire gathers and organizes knowledge much akin to a card in an index file. Every information can stand on its own. The search feature is so robust that it is so easy to find all the information you need. I alo love how I can lay out the cards into a series, which is quiye useful in terms of improving other forms of training.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are certain behaviors that happen when I have multiple groups defined. I am not a big fan of the default html editor.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed a knowledgebase and Bloomfire gives us an adequate platform that enables us to monitor our institutional knowledge and then use it as a training tool for new employees.
