PROS: I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that this has really been a gamechanger for the engineering and architecture industry. It has really made the process more quick and efficient since I no longer need to wait around for minuscule changes when it comes to the different versions of a CAD file. This tool also makes markups in PDF clear and easy to spot, so the process is quick and easy. I can also use this to collaborate with colleagues, which is always a plus. To top it all off, it is flexible enough that I can use it for basic office work on top of using it for CAD files.
CONS: I use both a Mac and a PC, and I have noticed that there are differences with the PC version of the program compared with the Mac version. I have also noticed that converting CAD files to PDF can take some time, although I think this problem could be blamed as much on my old PC as on the program. I would really like to see the conversion time be quicker in future versions of the software.
The least favorable review

PROS: I think that compared to our similar tools, this one has more options and tools. I can very easily and efficiently scale drawings, as well as zoom in by as much as 1000x, add motes, and markup blueprints.
CONS: It can get really expensive. One seat costs hundreds of dollars, and if you have a company with hundred of employees, that can be a really high price tag.

PROS: Compared to other tools, this is really user-friendly. It didn't take long for me to get the hang of it, and this software is more fool-proof than other similar ones I've used so far. I've also been able to use it to take measurments of architecture plans, and it has been incredibly easy to do so.
CONS: I do wish that future versions of this program could handle more construction file types. As of now, it cannot convery .dwg files to .pdf files, and I think if they could do that in the futre takeoffs would be so much more easy to do.

PROS: There are a number of things I like about this program. For one thing, I can use it it to convert some scanned documents into text that can be selected and edited. I also like how the drawing can be scaled using this program. Modifying PDFs can be done easily thanks to command buttons that are intutive, and the program even has layers and spell check.
CONS: I am not a big fan of having to pay a monthly subscription. This makes it much more expensive than it should be, and I don't think the program is worth that high a price tag.

PROS: There are multiple things about this program that I really love. For one, I can take large format files and easily perform a markup on them. I also like how I can comment on markups. The sheet sets feature allows me to track changes. I can take PDFs with multiple pages and change their order, and I can also split or combine PDFs. Finally, I can also use the sessions feature to collaborate with my colleagues.
CONS: This program is really expensive. I wish that it was network based, because I think then it would be much more affordable. As of now, getting a license costs too much money.

PROS: Our company likes how we can use this to take PDFd from numerous programs and combine them. We have also been able to use this when drawing as builds, thanks to the takeoff and measuring tools that come with it.
CONS: I think that this program is a little too expensive, once you put together the proigram costs and the cost for updates. I have also encountered problems with the fonts while using it. Some of them have not shown up correctly.

PROS: I think this is a great software mainly because of how packed it is with features. It's also a big help that the user interface is, for the most part, easy to grasp and doesn't come with a steep learning curve.
CONS: One of the things that really is a negative for this tool is how expensive it is since you have to purchase maintenance on top of the license. I think the prices are too high, especially when I just use this to edit forms. Also, there isn't much support when it comes to working with geospatial PDFs and geoPDFs.

PROS: The speed with which I can edit PDFs with this program is something I really like. Collaborating is also easy to do with this tool since I can easily come up with cues my collaborators can follow simply by using text boxes, bubbles, arrows, and arch tools when it comes to how the drawings should look like. It is also easy to get the right scale just from the two points of the right measures. I think that is the best part of this tool.
CONS: I wish that the user interface was a little more intuitive. I sometimes have to do multiple clicks before I get to the tool that I want, and everything would be so much easier if they weren't so discreet and could be easily accessed with just one click. I also wouldn't mind them providing a free version of this software, even with lesser features.

PROS: It has a lot of really useful functions that I really appreciate. It is user-friendly and the stamps and bookmarks it provides have been a great help in getting me organized. As an architect, the ability to play with line types, line weights, and opacities has been a big plus for me, helping my work to look visually-pleasing.
CONS: I had been using the previous version of this software before and I have to say that making the transition was not easy. Customer support wasn't that available, so it was really difficult for me whenever I encountered problems. The files made with the new version are also slow and heavy, which is something that clients do not like. Editing a file with this new version also results in the original PDF flashing on the screen, and I would really want to have that fixed.

PROS: This is a great tool that has practically replaced the other ones I use. Because of its multiple features, I can just use it and nothing else to come up with a set of plans. I also really appreciate how intuitive and user-friendly the markup tools are, providing me with a number of options. Its feature for cloud collaboration is fantastic and has really helped me when working with colleagues. Navigation of large sets is also made user-friendly by the hyperlinking that is OCR based.
CONS: One thing that I think needs to be improved is how it handles files that are line and hatch pattern heavy. What I've found out is that this tends to lag and get buggy once files like that are opened. In future versions, I would also like to have the ability to create profiles that are tailored to my specifications, such as colors and font size.

PROS: I found this tool to be pretty user-friendly, and once I got the hang of it I pretty much could do my work at a fast pace. It also works really smoothly, as there was no lag at all between me putting in information and it showing up on the screen.
CONS: While I did get the hang of using this, it did take a while for that to happen. The learning curve is pretty steep and I think it took me a couple of days before I was confident that I knew how to use it. I think this is something they could work on in future versions. I also think they can add more options when it comes to editing sheets and marking them.

PROS: I'm really amazed at the number of functions that come with this software. I've come to regard it as an indispensable part of my workday. I can use it to perform a simple takeoff, work on my submissions, as well as to update plans.
CONS: I really like this tool but I think the change they made to the user interface in the latest version is a little drastic. I know that it has made the tool run much more quickly, but it has now ended up looking like an old version of Windows. I really don't like having to go through the dropdown menu after dropdown menu.

PROS: The best thing about this tool is that I can use it for a couple of things. I can use it when marking up construction documents, and I can also use it when collaborating with my colleagues. It has helped me see how everyone is doing and kept me on top of what is happening.
CONS: I want to have the ability to assign key commands to certain actions. But other than that, there isn't anything else I really dislike about this.

PROS: Thanks to this prgram and its multiple tools, I am able to work at my fullest potential. Just some of the things that I am able to do because of its tools are performing markups right on the PDF, editing the PDF using the editing tools, and accurately measuring using the measuring tool that can use different scales. It has really improve the quality of my work and sped up my workflow.
CONS: One thing I think it can improve on is how it handles printing. When I am printing large PDF files, it can take as long as 15 minutes for the job to finish. If they can speed this up in future versions, that would be great.

PROS: I do like this new version and think it has a number of good points, but I feel like the older version was more intuitive compared to this one.
CONS: I am a longtime user of this program -- as far back as the high school days. Up until now, I'm still having trouble with printing a range of pages because the user interface is not very intuitive, with the words "CUSTOM RANGE" in the field where I'm supposed to put in the custom range. It takes to many steps to put in a custom range -- pressing a button and having to replace the words "Custom Range." I should be able to do this in just one step. Another feature I still don't understand is "Get Window," since it seems like it has nothing to do with a window but rather with selecting the range off of thumbnails.
