What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, the best things about this app are its simplicity, great quality, and mobile compatibility. The ability to access and use this platform on my smartphone is really an awesome thing because I’m able to stay in touch with my clients and peers even while I’m away from the office. The quality is also superb! The video and audio remain excellent even if there are too many attendees. I also love that it integrates with Calendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The desktop app isn’t working well on my new PC. So now, I’m using the app extension for Chrome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped me keep real-time communication with developers working in different locations. BlueJeans is pretty reliable.
