We had the best online conference experience with BlueJeans

What are the best aspects of this product?

BlueJeans offers a great way to share videos remotely and seamlessly without any disturbances. The quality of video calls, calls, and chat are superb. It can be integrated with Office 365 which is very useful for the business. On top of that, their customer service is excellent. They are responsive and reliable. They never fail to help us fix the problems we encountered using the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The laptop tends to overheat when we are using the application for too long. Aside from that, the room administrators do not have full control over the conference rooms so they cannot really lead the meetings the way they want to.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can give our online conference participants a great experience. All departments in our organization use BlueJeans for online conferences and so far everyone is pleased with its performance. The interface, features, support, and overall quality is great. We do use other similar apps from time to time but I can say BlueJeans is the best online conference platform.
