What are the best aspects of this product?

I love BlueKai because it offers large volumes of customer data which help us learn more about our customers. Before we started using the app, we had very little info on our customers. BlueKai has been a savior as it offers plenty of useful data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are making efforts to add more customers to the BlueKai platform. If your business has only a few users, the app may be able to provide only a small amount of matches with their data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We launch different marketing campaigns targeting our customers and were making mistakes in segmenting them. BlueKai offers us the correct profiles of our customers. This enables us to target specific ethnicities and age groups with personalized marketing campaigns. This makes our campaigns more effective and helps to save money too.
