What are the best aspects of this product?
I feel BlueKai has become ubiquitous as many media companies are using it. I recommend the app for agencies that can use it for their digital campaigns. The vendor sells their data to other partners so segments in Exelate or DLX come from them. We use the data integration to target our campaigns more effectively which has boosted the media ROI.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Buying data is expensive. You have to pay a premium price for the data and if your targeted campaigns are not effective, your ROI will go down.

I use BlueKai to find in-market customers for my client’s product.
