What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, the highlights of BlueKai software are it offers access to plenty of data sets and integrates easily with other popular systems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a couple of issues: The data sets can be difficult to navigate to add/remove choices. Second, rules can be hard to create when matching the correct nomenclature.

We use BlueKai for more effective segmentation, targeting, and personalization to boost our marketing efforts.
