What are the best aspects of this product?

Footprints is great tool when it comes to capturing data and automating workflows. It has great reporting capabilities that allow us to run and manage reports and export data in CSV format and this means that you can easily manipulate data by using other programs. It has great features for automation like notification rules and great workflow ticket templates for creating master ticket with few subtaosks for jobs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Footprints has great chart-based reports but they are extremelly limites and complicated to use. In addition, the automation features are not easy to set up and there’s a steep learning curve. Furthermore, there is no real way to customize own workspace without the access to whole Footprint organization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We set up automated creation of tickets via email. Thanks to its powerful data we have thorough insight into processes and performances.
