What are the best aspects of this product?
It does its job. It works great for the company we're running. Process of installation was a cinch. It was that easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The UI could use a makeover. It doesn't look attractive. At all.

I'm currently working for an MSP. I'm part of its IT support. The software allows us to keep in touch with clients facing problems and are in need of help. Using it has been convenient.
