What are the best aspects of this product?

BoldChat is one example of a product that works. It's simple to work with. What's more, it's effective in what it does. I use it regularly and gets the job done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's full of bugs. If you're closing a window, it'll still keep you logged in. That's a bad thing. It won't let you click on its "BC" icon in retrieving the app back up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

BoldChat is offering added options for any potential customer who want to keep in touch with us. It basically lets anyone communicate with us outside phone calls and e-mail. Not a bad way to get customers to interact with you external. However, BoldChat badly needs to improve on its buggy problems.
