What are the best aspects of this product?

BoldChat is a decent app to work with. A bunch of things that I like about it. One its standouts is its reporting. It's simply great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Terrible UI. Worse, it goes through a lot of bugs.

We have more than a couple hundred agents spread out varying departments. They take in live chats around-the-clock. As a result, we get feedback from clients from all over the world. That's what makes it special for us.
